Lincoln Bethany Lions Club Raffle Report for 2009 (1 Sep – 17 Nov 09)
Ticket sales commenced on or about 1 September 2009 and the Raffle Drawing was conducted on 17 November 2009 at the Village Inn Restaurant at 66th & “O” St. Winning tickets are listed below:
1st prize – 2 football tickets to the Nebraska/Kansas State game donated by Apollo Steel

2nd prize - a Husker Jacket donated by Husker Headquarters.

3rd prize – Twelve Combo Meals donated by Runza.

4th prize - $50.00 Gift Card donated by Leon’s Food Mart.

5th prize - $25.00 Gift Card donated by Stauffer’s Café and Pie Shoppe.

A gift of a stuffed Mickey Mouse animal was given to the waitress who drew the winning tickets.

LINCOLN BETHANY LIONS BOARD MEETING
The meeting was called to order by Lion President Tammy at 6:30 at the Village Inn. There were 10 members and 2 visitors present.
Minutes of the last meeting were approved.
A request for bell ringers for the Salvation Army was received. For anyone interested in helping contact David Bennett at 474-6263 ext 106.
Lions Walt and Twilla will be heading south on the 24 of November. Have a good winter.
Lancaster Manor sent a request for people to adopt a Resident for Christmas. About 40% of the residents have no family members to share with. For more information on this program call 441-7101 by Tuesday December 15.
The schedule for picking up used glasses is the same as last winter.
The raffle drawing was held. For results refer to the report sent out by Lion Walt.
