"Navan Fair"

1. The Club tackled operating four Charity Parking Lots for the duration of the Fair, charging $5 per car.  This was a very successful fundraiser, Now we have ironed out the kinks & problems, next year should be much better.

2. The Club is a sponsor for the "Navan Fair Ambassador Program"  .  This years winner was John Edwards of Navan, the first male winner in competition history!

3. Ran the annual 50/50 Draw at both Thursday's & Friday's  Demolition Derby.  This raised a total of $850.00 for the "Hannah Billings Emergency Fund For Sick Children & Their Families".  Hannah's mother, Alison, joined our members in selling tickets Friday evening.

4. Our entry in Saturday's Fair Parade won 1st Prize & $75.00.

5. For the second year we entered a team in the "Navan Fair Bed Race" on Sunday morning.  Unfortunately they were eliminated in the first heat, losing to the eventual winners. Tough luck of the draw, as they were the second fastest team.  Oh well! better luck next year.
