Once again plans are to organize a LEO club in the Seneca High School. We hope to get the school staff motivated up and running.
Our Optometrist, Dr Frank Forgnoni is doing a fantastic job with our request for eye exams and glasses. We are very grateful for his contribution to Lionism.
FUND RAISERS: We have scheduled another broom sale for Saturday, May 23rd to be at Wal-mart here in Seneca. Sale was very sucessful, selling out of brooms.
Our annual installation of new officers was held on June 23rd at Butterbeans Restrauant in Seneca, spouses were in attendence which highlighted our meeting.
We honored two of our members with a Melvin Jones Fellowship at the installation ceremony. They were Lions Dean Garland and Charles Fox, the suprise overwhelmed them both.
We will have a joint meeting with the Salem, Westminster, and Walhalla clubs on September 14th. District Governor Joe Lark will make his official visit for all four zone "L" clubs at this time.
