- The Women's Daytime Drop-in Center
- Boy Scouts and Venturers
- The Oakland Blind Center Lions Center for the Blind - Oakland
- Recycle For Sight redirecting used eyeglasses to Mexico and many other countries
- Bay Area Alternative Press
- Holiday meal distribution to Berkeley Seniors (over 500 in 2009)
- Berkeley Food Pantry
- Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano
- Alameda County COmmunity Food Bank
We sent over $1000.00 to the Lions Club International Foundation who already had aid going to Haiti.\ from members personal contributions.
We are honored to match the contributions of the 3rd grade and 5th grade of Brookfield Elementary School in Oakland who raised $148.20 for Haiti relief. Our check for $300.00 is on the way to LCIF ( their coins and our paper.)
