The Port Hawkesbury Lions recently celebrated it's 49th Charter Night Anniversary

 Club Secretary Lion Gordon Johnston and King Lion Bob Kennedy.

Regular meetings continue on the 1st & 3rd Mondays of each month at St. Mark's -starting at 7:30 pm. We are also seeking new members and if you are interested in community service, contact one of the members of the Club.

Major projects of the Lions Club include:

Purchase of Bus for Seniors & Youth groups.
Purchase of portable X-Ray machine & Ultra– Sound machine for Strait Richmond Hospital.
Purchase of 6 Dog Guides for Sight, Hearing and Physically disabled.
Purchase of Rescue vehicle for Fire Department
Operation of Hockey Arena for 15 years.
