Fund Raiser for Lions Foundation of Canada
Guide Dog Walk held Sunday, October 5th, 2009
at Sharbot Lake
The Sharbot Lake and District Lions Club has been providing community service to the Sharbot Lake and area since 1951.
The Club members meet twice a month for fellowship, a meal and then a business meeting completes the evening.
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month (September through June) for fellowship starting at 6 pm at the Sharbot Lake Motor Inn, on Road 38 at Elizabeth Street in Sharbot Lake.
Prospective new Lion members are always welcome. Our member roster currently includes males, females, along with husband and wife teams. If you would like to become a Lion Member, join us for fellowship and participate in community service, we would like to hear from you.
If you know a Lion, contact him or her to learn more about Lions and let it be known that you are interested in joining or you can email or phone one of our 2009 - 2010 Club Officers listed here.
Lions are an international network of 1.3 million men and women in 205 countries and geographic areas who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world.
